Shipments to Italy are always free, to EU and non-EU free with a minimum order of 190 euros
For deliveries requested to EU countries:
DDP- the products will arrive at the destination address without further additional costs.

For deliveries requested to non-EU countries:
DDU - the transportation cost is included in the order, but any import customs fees will be borne by the recipient. Customs duties and any taxes vary depending on the destination country and are applied upon arrival of the goods in the respective country: therefore, the Customer is encouraged to contact their country's customs authorities in advance to verify the costs and any import limits.

The Customer may exercise their right of return within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do this, you can simply visit the returns page and fill in the form.
